The Role

As Operations & Fulfilment Team Leader, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the warehouse and fulfilment operation, ensuring stock flows efficiently from donation through to retail stores and online customers. You'll be responsible for creating an organised, productive and customer-focused environment while supporting your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and motivate warehouse and fulfilment teams to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Oversee goods-in, stock processing, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
  • Ensure online customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.
  • Plan workloads and allocate resources to maximise efficiency.
  • Monitor stock accuracy and maintain high operational standards.
  • Analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and service.
  • Champion health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
  • Recruit, train, mentor and develop team members.
  • Work closely with colleagues across retail and eCommerce to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About You

You'll be an experienced leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and finding smarter ways of working. You may currently be working as a:

  • Operations Team Leader
  • Warehouse Supervisor or Manager
  • Fulfilment Manager
  • Retail Store Manager
  • Assistant Store Manager
  • Distribution Team Leader
  • Logistics Supervisor
  • Stock & Inventory Manager

Most importantly, you'll have the ability to motivate people, manage change and keep operations running smoothly.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Experience leading teams in a warehouse, retail, logistics or fulfilment environment.
  • Strong stock management and inventory control experience.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • The confidence to make decisions and solve operational challenges.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and stock management systems.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

  • Experience within an eCommerce fulfilment operation.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience managing volunteers or temporary staff.
  • A track record of improving warehouse performance and efficiencies.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:15pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
36 hours per week
9-Month Fixed-Term Contract
