A fast growing company is looking for a positive and enthusiastic Administration Assistant with a ‘can do attitude’ to join their small and friendly team.
Key responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls and dealing with customer’s enquiries,
Dealing with suppliers,
Responding to emails,
Data entry,
Filing and file management,
Supporting the team with ad-hoc day to day administrative as well as accounts duties.
The successful candidate will be:
Very good organization skills,
