West Retford Hotel is a hotel dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our guests. We are currently looking for a friendly and professional hotel receptionist to join our front desk team!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet & welcome guests
  • Check guests in/out
  • Handle reservations
  • Answer calls & queries
  • Process payments & update records

Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis to include evenings and weekends.
  • Wage negotiable on experience.
