West Retford Hotel is a hotel dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our guests. We are currently looking for a friendly and professional hotel receptionist to join our front desk team!
Responsibilities:
- Greet & welcome guests
- Check guests in/out
- Handle reservations
- Answer calls & queries
- Process payments & update records
Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
Schedule & Compensation:
- 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis to include evenings and weekends.
- Wage negotiable on experience.
