We are looking for a creative and versatile Game Artist to help shape the visual direction of our games from concept through to production. This hybrid role combines visual development, game art, UI/layout design, mock‑up creation, and AI‑assisted content production.

Working closely with producers, developers and stakeholders, you will help define how our games look and feel, creating engaging player experiences across slots, casino, instant win and casual games. You will translate game concepts and client requirements into strong visual experiences, producing layouts, mock‑ups, artwork and production‑ready assets that support gameplay, usability and player engagement.

The role is hybrid; some days in the studio will be mandatory, so applicants must be UK‑based and able to attend the office on agreed days each week.

We use AI‑assisted workflows where appropriate and are looking for someone comfortable using AI tools to support ideation, asset creation, iteration and production efficiency while maintaining high creative standards. Experience with Spine 2D animation, motion design or similar animation tools is highly desirable, but not essential. We are happy to support the right candidate in developing their animation skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Interpret client and stakeholder requirements and translate them into strong visual concepts, mock‑ups, layouts and player experiences.
  • Create and refine game assets, interfaces, promotional visuals, presentation materials and production artwork.
  • Develop presentation‑ready concepts, gameplay screens, visual proposals and, where appropriate, animation previews.
  • Work closely with designers, developers and stakeholders to ensure visual quality, usability and technical feasibility throughout development.
  • Review and refine artwork, layouts and animation work where required, ensuring they meet quality expectations, deadlines and project requirements.
  • Use AI‑assisted tools and workflows to support concept development, content creation, production efficiency and creative exploration.
  • Support efficient art workflows, documentation, file organisation and production standards across multiple projects.
  • Where required, support or develop 2D animation and motion concepts for gameplay features, UI and player interactions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Commercial experience within games, iGaming, digital entertainment or a related creative industry.
  • Portfolio demonstrating visual development, game art, UI design, mock‑ups, layouts and production artwork.
  • Strong understanding of composition, colour, typography, visual hierarchy and UX principles.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop polished visual solutions from concept through production.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, producers and external creative partners.
  • Comfortable using AI‑assisted creative tools to support ideation, artwork production and workflow optimisation.
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • UK‑based and able to attend agreed hybrid working days.

Desirable / Nice to have

  • Experience with Spine 2D, After Effects or other 2D animation tools.
  • Understanding of animation principles, timing, motion and player feedback.
  • Experience within slots, casino, instant win or casual games.
