The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 € per year.

To provide Engineering Technical cover for all production and site support equipment, thereby ensuring high levels of machine availability.

Responsibilities

  • Fault finding and defect rectification on all production and site support equipment
  • Maintenance of production and site support equipment as per the Maintenance Management System
  • Correct completion of the recording of defect rectification and maintenance
  • Modify or install equipment and machinery as required
  • Liaise with production colleagues to identify windows of opportunity for carrying out project and engineering related work
  • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, safety regulations and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure that all spares and parts used are correctly booked out in the engineering spares system
  • Lead the shift technicians in their role and work together to prioritise tasks
  • Ensure that all training courses required for the role are completed
  • Support and contribute actively in Lean Sigma programmes and activities towards delivery of set targets
  • Keep Production Supervisor and Engineering Management aware of maintenance issues and downtime
  • Identify and complete projects for continuous improvement and business needs
  • Complete PPM maintenance in conjunction with the PPM Engineer
