Job Summary: Directs the Lean strategic improvement initiatives. Works in conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team and the Process Excellence team to support the overall vision and drive improvements to ensure the processes meet present and future requirements for improvements in cost, quality, delivery, growth, and flexibility.
