Cover Supervisor
Pay Scale: NJC points 5-11, £18,163 - £23,571
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. with a 30 mins unpaid lunch, Permanent, 39 weeks per year.
West Park is an 11 - 16 school based in Spondon with over 1450 pupils currently on roll. The school prides itself on exceptional pupil achievement, dynamic teaching and learning and excellent behaviour and engagement. As a Cover Supervisor you will supervise classes during the absence of the teacher as well as providing support to the classes.
The successful applicant will work across various departments, interacting with teaching staff and supporting our pupils to allow them to fully access the curriculum and to fulfil their potential.
Applicants must have at least a Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) and enjoy the challenge of working as part of a big team. Ideally you will have a relevant qualification or be prepared to study towards achieving the qualification.
