Key Accountabilities
- Conduct regular QA reviews of underwriting files
- Monitor compliance with credit policy and procedures, including reviewing the quality and completeness of credit assessments and supporting documentation vs. target standard
- Monitor compliance with AML assessment policy & procedures, including reviewing the quality and completeness of KYC and KYB customer due diligence processes and supporting documentation vs. target standard
- Support continuous improvements to underwriting procedures and quality assurance framework
- Provide formal feedback and coaching to Lending Ops teams, as well as informal support and query management in BAU.
- Regular reporting of QA outputs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support Internal and External audit activities and regulatory reviews.

Knowledge & Qualifications
- Quality assurance experience
- Previous relevant experience within a Financial Services organisation
- Strong ability to work with numbers and present MI clearly
- Excellent practical capability in Excel, and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Quicksight etc.)
- Excellent written communication & presentation skills
- Excellent practical capability in Word & Powerpoint
