This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher with a passion for evaluation to join the Analysis and Evaluation team and play a pivotal role in delivering robust and meaningful evaluation across a range of programmes.

Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Mayor by:

  • Bringing expertise in evaluation to strengthen our practices;
  • Developing excellent stakeholder relationships to enable a joined-up, consistent approach to evaluation;
  • Ensuring the organisation continually learns from evaluation;
  • Communicating evaluation insights to a diverse range of audiences.

The salary for this role is £47,181 - £51,356. This is the full-time equivalent salary, and will be pro-rata for part-time . We advertise salary ranges for job roles, with new appointments for external candidates typically starting at the lowest salary point. In exceptional cases, where higher skill levels or experience are applicable, the salary point may be adjusted to secure the best candidate. This approach allows for potential year-on-year salary increases, offering progression and appropriate rewards to employees.
