  • Act as first point of contact for procurement queries and manage the Procurement Inbox
  • Research markets, suppliers and government frameworks (CCS, Bloom, ESPO)
  • Undertake the full procurement cycle including post‑tender approvals
  • Provide tactical/operational contract management

You’ll be a proactive, organised and commercially aware procurement professional with the confidence to work autonomously while being part of a small, supportive team. We’re particularly interested in people who:

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in a procurement role
  • Can manage RFQ/RFP processes end‑to‑end
  • Have exposure to professional services/consultancy categories
  • Understand government procurement frameworks
  • Are working towards CIPS qualification (desirable, not essential and we can help you get on track through our Learning and Development support)

We offer an excellent benefits package including:

  • 26 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, rising to 31 days after 5 years continuous service
  • 2 days of paid leave each year to volunteer
  • Local Government Pension Scheme
  • Flexible, family friendly and hybrid working options
  • Reduced bus fare travel across the West of England
