What We’re Looking For
- 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- Minimum 2 A Levels / predicted grades August 2026 — Grade C or above, or the equivalent qualification
- Good communication and basic IT skills (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
- Good organisational and time management skills, with a reliable and professional approach
- A positive attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn and develop
- The ability to work collaboratively, showing resilience, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering your best
- Right to work in the UK and meet the government’s apprenticeship funding eligibility requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively and promote effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and partner organisations to support consistent and high‑quality service delivery.
- Provide advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders through telephone, face‑to‑face, written or digital channels, ensuring accurate, clear and professional responses to enquiries.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the organisation, supporting functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopt a proactive approach to developing your skills.
- Maintain records and files, handling confidential information in compliance with the organisation’s procedures.
- Make effective decisions based on sound reasoning and can deal with challenges in a mature way, seeking advice from more experienced team members when appropriate.
- Takes responsibility for initiating and completing tasks, managing priorities and time to meet deadlines.
- Organises meetings and events, takes minutes during meetings and creates action logs as appropriate.
- Makes suggestions for improvements to working practice, showing an understanding of implications beyond the immediate environment (e.g. impact on colleagues, stakeholders, other parts of the organisation).
About The Company
We are based in a new bright and airy office, with all the latest technology, close to Bristol Temple Meads Train Station. Alongside the opportunity to make a real difference to the people who visit, live and work in the West of England, we offer an excellent benefits package including:

Salary
The annual salary for this role is £26,403 – £27,694. This is the full‑time equivalent salary and will be pro‑rata for part‑time. We advertise salary ranges for job roles, with new appointments for external candidates typically starting at the lowest salary point. In exceptional cases, where higher skill levels or experience are applicable, the salary point may be adjusted to secure the best candidate, allowing for potential year‑on‑year salary increases.
