What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiastic people who are ready to learn, work as part of a team and commit to completing their apprenticeship.
- 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- Minimum 2 A Levels / predicted grades August 2026 – Grade C or above, or the equivalent qualification
- Good communication and basic IT skills (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
- Good organisational and time management skills, with a reliable and professional approach
- A positive attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn and develop
- The ability to work collaboratively, showing resilience, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering your best
- Right to work in the UK and meet the government's apprenticeship funding eligibility requirements
Key Responsibilities (Finance Apprenticeship)
- Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of finance operations across the organisation.
- Handling and resolving queries in a timely manner through effective communication and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining financial and accounting records, including the timely collation of data
- Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts and providing accurate information and reports to managers as required
- Assisting the finance team with ad hoc project work, month‑end and year‑end activities
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
- Building a close working relationship with the other members of the finance team and acquiring a working knowledge of their roles
- Assisting in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance the finance department
