The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) is seeking to appoint a Programme Manager - Mass Transit to join the Mass Transit Team. Your key responsibility in this role will be to help deliver the Mayor's ambition for a connected, sustainable and prosperous West of England by driving the development of an ambitious Mass Transit programme that will transform the way people travel across the region.We're looking for a dynamic, strategic and delivery-focused programme leader who is passionate about shaping the future of public transport and delivering complex infrastructure programmes.This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in developing a long-term mass transit network that supports economic growth, improves connectivity and creates lasting benefits for communities across the West of England.This is a critical time in our transformation and growth journey, and you'll be pivotal in helping us achieve our ambitions by:

- Support governance arrangements, including programme boards and senior decision-making forums.
- Commission and manage external consultants to support programme development.
- Ensure business cases and supporting evidence are robust, aligned to regional priorities and ready for submission to government and funding partners.
