The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) is seeking a Programme Manager - Mass Transit to join the Mass Transit Team. You will lead the day-to-day development and coordination of a flagship mass transit programme, translating ambitious transport aims into practical delivery plans and robust governance structures.

You will manage risks and opportunities, commission external consultants, prepare business cases, and present updates to senior leaders, elected members and government.
