The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) is seeking to appoint an Internal Communications Officer, to join the Internal Communications & Engagement team. Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Mayor by:
- Helping to manage the flow of information from the organisation to colleagues, delivering high-quality internal communications that are engaging, effective and inclusive.
- Proactively co-ordinate internal communications and engagement activity, managing our newsletter and Insights Programme and contributing to the delivery of all internal events.
- Working with colleagues across the whole organisation to design creative campaign plans, identifying channel improvements that focus on user experience, and supporting the team to keep colleagues informed, engaged and connected.
This is a fixed term role for 2 years.
