What we're looking for:
- Enthusiastic people who are ready to learn, work as part of a team and commit to completing their apprenticeship.
- 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- Minimum 2 A Levels / predicted grades August 2026 - Grade C or above, or the equivalent qualification
- Good communication and basic IT skills (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
- Good organisational and time management skills, with a reliable and professional approach
- A positive attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn and develop
- The ability to work collaboratively, showing resilience, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering your best
- Right to work in the UK and meet the government's apprenticeship funding eligibility requirements

Finance Apprentice Opportunity:
Finance: Apprenticeship - Accounts or finance assistant - Level 3. This is an exciting opportunity to start or build your career in finance while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive professional environment. As a Finance Officer Apprentice, you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of finance operations across the organisation, giving you exposure to a broad range of financial processes, operations, and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling and resolving queries in a timely manner through effective communication and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain financial and accounting records including the timely collation of data, including unexpected requests due to tight timescales
- Assist in the production of monthly management accounts and provide accurate information and reports to managers as required
- Assist the finance team with ad hoc project work, month end and year end
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
- Build a close working relationship with other members of the finance team and acquire a working knowledge of their roles
- Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance the finance department
