West of England Combined Authority (MCA) is seeking a Head of Rail Delivery to join our Capital Delivery Team in Bristol. You will lead the delivery of the MetroWest rail programme and other major rail infrastructure projects, shaping strategy, governance and partnerships to improve connectivity and deliver sustainable growth.
Reporting to the Director of Transport Programmes, you will oversee a £430m portfolio, manage senior relationships with DfT, Network Rail and operators, and drive delivery.
