The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) is seeking to appoint a Project Support Officer, to join the Employment & Skills team. Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:

  • Supporting the work of the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer team in engaging employers in the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer
  • Developing, designing and organising a programme of events and meetings to support project delivery
  • Collecting, collating and presenting data to enable efficient performance reporting across the project

This is a fixed term role ending on 31st March 2027.

The salary for this role is £34,434 - £37,280. This is the full-time equivalent salary, and will be pro-rata for part-time. We advertise salary ranges for job roles, with new appointments for external candidates typically starting at the lowest salary point. In exceptional cases, where higher skill levels or experience are applicable, the salary point may be adjusted to secure the best candidate.
