The West of England Combined Authority Audit Committee is looking for an additional Independent Member, to help support our commitment to strengthen governance.
The Audit Committee provides independent assurance on governance, internal control and risk management arrangements and oversees the statutory financial reporting process. The Committee meets formally up to four times a year, with briefing and training sessions, and on an ‘exception’ basis as required.
