Responsibilities:

  • Advising upon and conducting SEND Tribunal proceedings.
  • Advising on law, policy, strategy, and procedure relating to SEND issues.
  • Advising upon Judicial Reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX qualified) with experience or knowledge in SEND related law.
