Responsibilities include planning and delivering high quality outdoor learning and professional development sessions to young people, adults, families and businesses at Everdon Outdoor Learning Centre. Ensure these sessions meet customer learning/activity aims, other customer and service needs, and maximise health and wellbeing benefits.
Act as team leader for the Education Rangers, developing and appraising them to ensure they have the required skills, knowledge and support needed to carry out their roles effectively. Deputise for the Centre Manager as and when required.
