The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

About the role
West Northamptonshire Council is looking for a dedicated and proactive Developer Contributions Officer to help drive forward its place-shaping agenda. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the best developments are delivered across the region.

What will you be doing?
In this role, you will support the Principal Enforcement and Monitoring Officer in providing timely and appropriate advice on all matters related to Developer Contributions. You will assist in the monitoring, collection, distribution, and enforcement of Section 106 planning obligations, as well as payments made under Community Infrastructure Levy regulations. Where necessary, you will also take enforcement action to ensure compliance.
You will contribute to the development of a flexible and resilient team, working collaboratively to meet service objectives and improve outcomes for the Council and the wider community. Maintaining strong relationships with Councillors, local bodies, and community groups, including Parish and Town Councils, will be a key part of your role, ensuring effective communication and a customer-focused approach to planning matters.
