The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
You will be working within PBSS supporting Direct Payment recipients with their packages. This involves providing effective administrative services in processing financial activities and managing information related to Direct Payment recipients. You will support managers and provide management information and reports.
You will establish systems and maintain procedures to manage, monitor, and report on PBSS finance processes, including financial transactions and returns related to PBSS payroll or Holding Accounts, and payroll services for customers accessing the PBSS payroll service.

What will you be doing?
- You will use your purchase ledger skills on Sage Line 50, investigating discrepancies and liaising with other teams to resolve issues.
- Providing payroll oversight and testing payments to ensure they match budgets.
- Inputting bank payments and reconciling transactions.
- Managing telephone calls and general office duties.
- Developing the role to meet the needs of the service.
About you
You will be able to work effectively to deadlines as part of a team but also independently. You will have full MS Office skills and experience in developing databases and spreadsheets. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, with a background in accounts, payroll, or customer service.
