About the role We have opportunities within Obelisk and Southfields Care home which is Rated GOOD by CQC provides exceptional levels of support to older persons living with Dementia,Physical disabilities or /and Sensory impairments. Situated in a residential suburb in Northampton, offeringa wonderful living environment in which residents can enjoy an enhanced quality of life. Our customers (Residents) are at the heart of what we do. You will receive continuous training, support assistance. Most of your team will have grown organically within WNC. A rare natural enjoyment for their role and the support they offer to our customers. What will you be doing? You will work closely alongside the management and support team, with the day to day running of the shifts. To manage a team of staff and take responsibility for their induction training, continuous development, and performance to ensure effective and efficient use of this resource in accordance with the policy and objectives for this service. Prioritisingand directing the workload to team members, accordingly, ensuring any issues are dealt with as they arise and the health safety,welfare of customers and employees are responded to.
