Temporary Part-Time Membership Advisor – Wellness
Salary: £25221 per annum (pro rata)
Temporary contract to 30 September 2027
18.5 hours per week, working evening and weekend shifts
Based at Alive Lynnsport, although the role may also include work across our sites at Alive Downham, Alive St James and Alive Oasis on a rota basis.
We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Temporary Membership Advisor – Wellness. You will help promote our Alive memberships and services, support new and existing members, and play an important part in delivering a welcoming, professional and customer-focused experience across our leisure facilities.
You will communicate with prospective and current members, provide clear information about facilities, prices, memberships and terms and conditions, and help convert enquiries into sales. You will also support outreach and promotional activity to raise awareness of the Alive wellness offer and encourage participation in our facilities and services.
You will have experience of working in a sales or customer-focused environment, with a good understanding of excellent customer care. You will be confident communicating with a range of people, able to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team, and able to commit to the specific evening and weekend working pattern required for this role.
Appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure, through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
