Based at Alive Oasis, Hunstanton
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Alive Oasis team. In this active and varied role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our leisure centre while delivering excellent service to all visitors. From lifeguarding our swimming pools to supporting activity sessions, parties and holiday programmes, you will play a key part in creating a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for all our visitors.
You will be proactive, friendly and confident when dealing with the public, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. You will hold or be willing to achieve the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (you will be asked to complete a swim test prior to interview), First Aid at Work, and be open to ongoing training, including swimming instruction. If you are motivated, adaptable and enjoy working as part of a team, we would love you to apply.
Appointments will be made subject to a satisfactory criminal record check through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
