West-Norfolk is seeking a Planning Enforcement Officer to join our small Planning Enforcement team in King’s Lynn. You will investigate breaches of planning control, carry out site inspections, gather and analyse evidence, and work with residents, developers and elected members to seek solutions through negotiation and enforcement where necessary.
You will manage your own caseload, prepare reports, and present evidence at hearings, working alongside our legal team on more complex enforcement.
