- De-risk exit processes through sell-side diligence efforts and the development of strategies for critical-issue remediation.
- Identify strategic opportunities and quantify potential for value creation.
- Lead engagement teams on transaction advisory, guiding teams to prepare focused request lists and agendas, facilitating client reviews, and providing accountability for deliverables.
- Lead large, transformational programmes as part of carve-out or merger integration transactions, providing strategy, quality assurance, and PMO support across functional and technical areas.
- Drive the development and enhancement of West Monroe's M&A methodologies and approaches to client delivery, including diligence, exit readiness, planning, and carve-out execution.

- Comfort leading business development opportunities externally and across the firm, particularly with investment banks, private equity teams, and portfolio company executives.
- Strong project management background, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management, as well as strategic planning, analysis, and change management.
- Experience managing or analysing P&L statements and financial modelling skills a plus, but not required.
