West Monkton C of E Primary School - Part of The Oak Partnership Trust are seeking a Headteacher for a September 2026 start (Candidates available from January will also be considered - please state on your application possible start date). We are looking for an inspirational, values-led and forward-thinking leader to take a successful school into its next stage of development - 'A place for growing together and learning to fly'.

Working closely with a dedicated team of talented practitioners within the school and across the Trust, the successful candidate will be supported to implement their vision on this thriving two-form entry primary school, which is positioned at the heart of the West Monkton community.

We are looking for someone who has:

The vacancy is a permanent, full-time position on the Leadership Pay range 11-17 dependent on experience.
