Solvd. is on the lookout for a dynamic and analytical Business Performance Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role supporting new business initiatives, strategic planning, and performance reporting across multiple Operating Companies. If you're passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a team of performance analysts to deliver high-quality business intelligence.
- Design and maintain performance dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive accurate planning and forecasting to ensure optimal resourcing and KPI achievement.
- Develop and implement robust data systems and forecasting models.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service outcomes.
- Support ad hoc projects and promote continuous improvement across the Shared Service Centre.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in Management Information and Performance Management.
- Strong background in workforce management, demand forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (including PowerPivot and complex formulas).
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable:
- Qualification in Data Science or Data Analytics.
- A proactive, dependable, and inclusive approach to work.
- A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
