The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.

Hours: Up to 37.5, dependent on the needs of the business

Work pattern: Including weekends, bank holidays and evenings

Duration: Zero Hour Contract

This exciting role involves working in our catering environments such as kiosks, restaurants, kitchens and stores. The role is varied, and no two days are the same. You could be serving refreshments from one of our kiosks or helping the stores team to deliver stock to the outlets or you could be working as a team in one of the restaurants serving food to tables, helping to prepare and cook our delicious food and getting stuck in with keeping the unit clean and tidy. You may even need to jump into a fun costume at times to be part of our exciting themes and events.

About You

The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated, have a bubbly personality, have a strong customer focus, be approachable and friendly and have confidence to serve food, handle cash and card transactions in a very fast-paced environment. Experience in this kind of environment is advantageous but not essential as we offer fantastic on-the-job training to help you grow and develop your skill set. You will need to be flexible in your approach to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends, bank holidays and evenings. All applicants will need to have completed their GCSEs.

What we are

We are an award-winning visitor attraction, located in Worcestershire in the heart of England. It is home to some of the world's most beautiful and critically endangered species, with a four-mile safari drive-through, walk-through Discovery Trail, African Village and Lemur Woods, as well as beautiful walking trails, allowing guests to experience up close encounters with hundreds of exotic animals. Guests can also choose from a wide range of catering and retail outlets, as well as enjoying a large amusement area with over 25 rides and attractions providing the ideal venue for family days out.

In 2021, the Park introduced Safari Lodges – luxury accommodation allowing guests to stay overnight for the first time. Guests can wake up to incredible sights of elephants, giraffe, rhino and red panda, or sleep just a 'whisker' away from lions, tigers and cheetahs. In addition, the park is home to three incredible venues – Spring Grove House, Treetops Pavilion and Cellarz, which play host to weddings, corporate events and social celebrations.
