People Services Assistant £25584.Full Time (Hybrid) Temporary Do you have good organisational and communications skills and have in interest in recruitment? We manage and administer the pension interests of over 330,000 scheme members, 800+ employers and currently have over £21 billion in assets under management. We are recruiting for People Services Assistant to join our continually growing People Services team on a temporary basis. Our new offices are based at the i9 building in Wolverhampton and is an excellent location for transport links by car, bus, train and tram. To support the recruitment of new employees undertaking administrative tasks as required including communicating with potential applicants. To support the Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator with the organisation and monitoring of recruitment including co-ordination of interview schedules, updating and maintaining the internal recruitment system, interview packs, and liaising with candidates. To monitor and support the team with outlook mailboxes relating to recruitment enquiries/people management enquiries and escalate to the relevant member of the team where necessary. You will have an interest in supporting with recruitment and proficient with Microsoft Office. Why choose the West Midlands Pension Fund?
