We are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our Engineering Project Team.

You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful improvements, and play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
As a Project Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the project team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You will
- Provide administrative support across the full project lifecycle
- Produce and manage project documentation including records, governance, and asset data
- Maintain accurate and organised project files, ensuring compliance and audit readiness
- Attend site when required to monitor progress and liaise with contractors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Track project performance through reports and dashboards
- Support commercial processes and maintain accurate records of key decisions
- Organise and minute project meetings, ensuring actions are followed through
- Maintain and update the Asset Management Information System (AMIS)
- Manage and adjust work orders across departments
- Assist in developing and refining project processes
- Coordinate updates to policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practice
- Support audits and implement improvement actions
- Work collaboratively across departments to support project delivery
- Provide flexible support aligned with business needs What We’re Looking For You’ll be a highly organised and detail-focused individual who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
In order to be successful in this role you must have
- At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role (ideally in project, engineering, or operational settings)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point)
- Experience creating and formatting professional reports and documentation
- A solid understanding of business processes and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English It Would Be Great If You Have
- Experience with document management or database systems
- Knowledge of project processes, governance, procurement, or contractor management
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience contributing to process or workplace improvements
- A-Level (or equivalent) in Business, IT, or English
