West Midlands Metro is seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Supervisor to lead maintenance, inspection, switching and fault-response activities across substations, LV systems and associated electrical infrastructure at our Wednesbury depot. The role requires on-site leadership, RAMS compliance and a focus on asset reliability and safety.
You will manage E&M Technicians and Apprentices, work with on-call rosters and night shifts, and ensure high engineering standards.
