Digital Project Manager
We\’re looking for a Digital Project Manager who can keep projects on track, clients informed, and teams accountable. You\’ll manage everything from long-term builds to support requests and updates, while making sure projects remain profitable. This role gives you the freedom to shape processes, introduce your own methods, and set clear expectations with clients – including being confident about discussing budgets and costs.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Digital Project Manager to join our team. You\’ll play a key role in managing a variety of digital projects – from long-term ongoing work to updates, bug fixes, and support requests. This is also an opportunity to shape the role by introducing your own methods, tools, and processes to improve how we manage projects and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Organise and prioritise tasks across multiple digital projects.
- Keep clients updated on the progress of their outstanding work.
- Ensure team members deliver tasks within allocated time, holding them accountable for delays.
- Plan and manage project/task timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
- Monitor project profitability by introducing and managing time-tracking processes.
- Set clear expectations with clients around support requests, timescales, and costs – ensuring additional or urgent work is billed correctly.
- Refine and develop project management practices by bringing in your own procedures and ways of working.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital project management or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confidence in holding both clients and team members accountable.
- Understanding of digital projects (websites, support, ongoing improvements).
- Experience with project management and time-tracking tools is a plus.
- Comfortable discussing budgets and costs with clients to protect project profitability.
