Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of projects, we are seeking an experienced Architect to join our in-house team and help shape our exceptional developments across the West Midlands.
*This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect who is passionate about residential design and enjoys working within a fully integrated Design & Build environment.
You will work closely with homeowners, planning consultants, structural engineers, surveyors, and our construction team to create innovative, practical, and buildable design solutions that transform homes and maximise property potential.
The successful candidate will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept design and planning applications through to technical detailing and construction support.
*Conduct client consultations and develop project briefs

  • Produce creative concept designs and presentation drawings
  • Prepare planning application packages
  • Develop Building Regulations and technical drawing packages
  • Liaise with the construction team throughout project delivery
  • Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and planning policies
  • Manage multiple residential projects simultaneously
  • Qualified Architect with relevant UK qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Full UK Driving Licence

*Experience working within a Design & Build company

  • Experience producing 3D visualisations
