What to Expect in This Role
- Research & Analysis: Monitor the UK and West Midlands real estate markets, tracking transactions and trends to inform the team’s work.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain investor and partner information to support efficient targeting, outreach, and reporting.
- Collateral & Communications: Assist with writing and preparing materials, briefing packs, presentations, and emails, to support investor engagement.
- Event Delivery: Help plan and deliver regional presence at major real estate events, including UKREiiF and MIPIM, representing the region on the national and international stage.
- Marketing Support: Provide input for campaign content and social media, ensuring sector insights are well represented.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Begin building your own network with private, public, and academic contacts in the regional investment ecosystem.
- On-the-Ground Learning: Gain direct experience working across strategic sites, regional projects, and economic development priorities.
