You’ll synthesise primary and secondary research, build evidence-led propositions, and provide timely intelligence that supports inward investment, capital attraction and wider programmes - creating a strong platform for your own development and progression.

What to Expect in This Role

  • Deliver actionable intelligence: Provide data, analysis and research services that inform value propositions, marketing collateral and investor pitches.
  • Own core datasets & toolkits: Source, maintain and regularly refresh WMGC’s internal information products and intranet compendium for colleagues and enquiries.
  • Create compelling materials: Build slide decks and summaries that tell a clear story to attract investment and support stakeholder conversations.
  • Support lead generation: Work with sector leads and partnerships teams to identify targets and respond quickly with relevant data and insight.
  • Use the right sources: Apply secondary data tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, ONS, Beauhurst, Preqin, FDI Markets, Factiva) to evidence USPs and sales messages.
  • Automate where possible: Utilise AI and other tools to streamline repeat tasks while maintaining data quality and standards.
  • Report what matters: Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear dashboards and reports for internal and external audiences.
