Are you passionate about delivering amazing guest experiences and customer satisfaction? West Midlands Safari and Leisure Park currently have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Relations Executive to join our marketing team. In this busy and varied position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the efficient management of the Park's feedback process, improving guest satisfaction, services and experience. You will work with our marketing team to increase brand awareness, achieve agreed annual visitation, whilst delivering an amazing guest experience.
About you
- We are looking for a passionate, driven and enthusiastic individual with a positive can-do attitude.
- You will be a confident communicator across internal and external platforms with excellent written and verbal skills.
- You will have great attention to detail and at all times maintain a professional and positive manner.
- You will have previous experience in a similar position in a busy customer service environment and be able to demonstrate your ability to generate effective solutions and feedback.
- You will have the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload whilst meeting set deadlines.
- You will need to be flexible in your approach to working outside of standard business hours, including working weekends, bank holidays and some evenings.

The 200-acre site includes a wide range of catering and retail outlets, and a large amusement area with over 25 rides and attractions providing the ideal venue for family days out.
