West Midlands Safari Park are currently recruiting for the position of Safari Lodges Receptionist working a 4 day on 4 day off scheduled shift pattern. This exciting role working within our luxury Safari Lodges Accommodation will be key in providing a friendly, approachable welcome for all of our guests, leaving an unforgettable impression.

This varied and exciting role encompasses a wide range of tasks, liaising face to face with guests by undertaking a range of reception and administrative activities. Monitoring and responding to all guest requests in a timely manner, assisting with check in and check out and handling telephone enquiries.

About you

The ideal candidate will need to be highly organised with strong customer focused communication skills, you will help to make our guests feel like VIPs with an accommodating and friendly approach delivering a unique seamless and five-star service. You will have strong organisation and administrative skills, with a welcoming, attentive and professional persona with our guests, ensuring that a high level of customer service is delivered each and every time to all of our guests. You will have an eye for detail, be adaptable with problem solving skills with previous experience working in a high-volume customer environment, including call handling and use of Microsoft packages.
