The main purpose of the Workforce Planning Officer role is to manage the development, implementation and delivery of the strategic workforce plan. To manage the governance principles supporting the management of the Force Establishment and contribute to the Strategic Workforce planning. Develop and maintain oversight of organisational critical skills. Provide insight and forecasting in relation to patterns and trends for the workforce.
The Workforce Planning Officer role is a hybrid (mix of home & office working) role. Part time – 15 hours per week (working days – Thursday and Friday).
Candidates must have been resident in the UK for the last 3 years to meet the vetting level required for the post. The closing date for this post is 12 noon on Friday 10th April 2026.
