The purpose of the role is to develop and oversee the strategic direction, development and delivery of Occupational Health and Well-being services within West Mercia Police. To provide strategic leadership and organisational-wide accountability for the development, governance and delivery of Occupational Health and Well-being Services across West Mercia Police. The role ensures statutory compliance, professional alignment with national standards and measurable contribution to workforce capability, resilience and operational performance. To ensure that West Mercia policy complies with all Occupational Health and Welfare legislation, advising and assisting managers, developing and maintaining policies, practices and procedures.
This role is a hybrid (mix of home & office working) role.
