Responsibilities
- The Deskside Support & Engineering Services Lead role is to manage the work of engineers within the Deskside Support and Engineering Services Teams, ensuring an efficient and effective Customer Service and a quality end‑to‑end ICT Service for West Mercia Police.
- Provide end users with support, maintenance and administration within the organization’s deskside environment to both internal and external customers.
- Respond to and resolve incidents involving ICT services, systems and related equipment used at the workplace, such as CCTV, interview recorders, network, cabling, hardware and software (voice, data, and computer), laptops, mobile devices, PCs, audio & visual equipment, radios, etc.

- Residence in the UK for the last 5 years to meet the required vetting level.
