We are seeking a Volunteer Chaplain Coordinator to support and develop chaplaincy provision across West Mercia Police. The role provides faith leadership and ensures consistent, inclusive spiritual and emotional support across the Force area.

You will coordinate and support volunteer chaplains, including organising regular meetings, providing induction, training and ongoing pastoral support, and acting as a key point of contact for chaplains, managers and leaders. The role also involves supporting ceremonial and significant events, offering guidance during appropriate operational circumstances, and providing independent, compassionate insight on ethical, cultural and people-related matters.
