West Mercia Youth Justice Service is seeking a leader to oversee the delivery of Alternatives to Custody across West Mercia and to provide operational direction for bail, remand and ISS services for children and young people.
You will manage a hybrid role with three days in the office, across offices in Worcester, Hereford, Shrewsbury or Telford. This fixed-term contract runs for 12 months, with a closing date of 12 noon on Monday 9 November 2026.
