The main purpose of the role is to attend Magistrates courts in West Mercia (as required), presenting evidence in Specified Offence Proceedings and present evidence in relation to summary trials. Supervise Decision Makers and Minor process Officers within the Road Safety Team, maintaining high levels of performance when assessing road traffic offences resulting from camera detection. Working with the CPS, the postholder will ensure that a high quality service is delivered to members of the public, police officers and partner agencies.
This role is office based (and Court Attendance).
