The main purpose of the Finance Assistant (Exchequer Services) role is to ensure the effective day to day operation of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Ledgers and to ensure that suppliers are paid correctly and on time and that all income due to the organisation is collected and accurately recorded in the Finance system in accordance with professional service standards.
Give advice on purchase to pay policies and procedures.
- The Finance Assistant (Exchequer Services) role is a hybrid (mix of home & office working)
- Part time - 30 hours per week (Working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
