We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Clerical Assistant to join our school support team, based in our very busy office environment. You will deliver a first line enquiry service to all internal and external school contacts and play a key role in assisting the Admin Assistants to ensure efficient support in the operation of all administrative processes within the school. You will also be required to assist senior staff by providing accurate, up to date information in various key areas.

The working week will be Monday to Friday and requires an 8am start each day. This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by West Lothian Council.
