We are keen to employ a diverse workforce that reflects the people of Scotland. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the development of the council\’s digital transformation roadmap aligned with the corporate strategy and related transformation programme.
With a focus on making the most effective use of data, automation, AI, and digital-first approaches, the postholder will drive innovation, stakeholder engagement, and the integration of technologies to improve service delivery, efficiency, and outcomes.
The role will be required to influence thinking across the council by adopting a digital-first approach and lead the design of the council\’s vision to transform our customer experience through digital channels.
Applicants must have experience of developing digital strategy and plans in the public sector and be able to influence and collaborate across political, professional, and community contexts.
