To ensure the service development agenda is implemented across the service, assist in meeting performance targets and promoting and co-ordinating initiatives to secure continuous improvement. A particular focus will be centred on the service income management and financial compliance. Based in West Lothian Civic Centre, Livingston you will be joining a service which strives for excellence in service delivery and works well with partners. You will assist the Capital Programme
